(Mod Removed-Profanity) hackers

Hi I'm experiencing an issue I was in a match with a hacker when I called him out on it he Max prestiged me unlocked all gear and kick me out of the game noticing at IMAX prestiged and that's odd for playing for 3 days I tried to find a match and a glitch
my game out in Frozen I was able to return to the home screen and restart it when I did that I tried to select the class and it froze again this is very annoying and I have no idea how to fix it I tried talking to Activision and nobody can help me there talk
to Microsoft support they're very friendly but still unfortunately unable to help any suggestions would be awesome

Unfortunately there’s nothing the MS team can do unless you report the player, however, they still won’t be able to fix your account. But by reporting them it will open a case for the Enforcement Team to look into and possibly take action towards the player
in question.

If you think this hacker is causing you to lag then you may need to speak to your ISP or even try resetting your router.

Report the hacker and block him. I believe you are stuck with max prestige. You could try to delete your save game from local and cloud but i think activision stores your rank on servers.

If you review the XBox Forum Guidelines it advises, not only what not to do, but also what you can do to prevent this from happening.

Block, Mute and Report is the best advice and not using profanity in your OP Titles is another.

Unfortunately as this is a game specific issue, the only thing you can do is reach out to the dev/publisher. Depending on which Call of Duty it is, there isn't a lot they can do. You can report the user via the console so that enforcement can investigate
but there isn't anything Xbox can do to get your rank back.
