It's great your son wishes to play however, I do advise that you don't advertise his gamertag on the forums.

There are many clubs on Xbox Live which are amazing ways to find gamers to play with for specific games and I am sure he will have no trouble finding one he likes.

I would look into clubs on the Xbox One console. There are general clubs and even game specific clubs!
