[Mod Removed] Did not received the free copy of Dishonored with pre-order of Dishonored 2

I did not receive the free copy of Dishonorned Definitive Edition with my pre-order of Dishonored 2 limited edition. It hasn't appeared in the ready to install list, it attempts to charge from the marketplace and no code has been sent.

Missing Dishonored 2 Pre-Order Bonus

I purchased the game, specifically through the Xbox Store dashboard advertisement "DISHONORED 2 - Last chance to pre-order this exciting new game." on my Xbox One console.

My concern lies in that the Xbox Store advertises a free copy of the Dishonored: Definitive Edition with any "Pre-Order" and I did not receive one even though I did receive the OTHER pre-order bonus of the "Imperial Assassin Pack"

As such, I contacted Microsoft Support's Billing & Sales department, who then referred my to Xbox One's Support center, which ultimately lead me to the General Sales & Promotions forum to resolve my issue.

So, why haven't I received my game?

 

I did not receive my Dishonored Definitive Edition

I made the purchase of Dishonored 2 on 10/29/2016 and so far I did not receive the Dishonored Definitive Edition that was included in the pre-order purchase of the game.

I pre-ordered on the 8th November and I downloaded the game and the Assassins Pack in the pre-ordered state immediately.
