[Mod Removed] Banning

Discus and support [Mod Removed] Banning in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So i woke up, on the fourth of July. It said my account had been banned, wonderful.     [Mod Removed] Banning


    So i woke up, on the fourth of July. It said my account had been banned, wonderful. A little background info on this, I am in the United States Airforce, so this also happens to be a real low blow per say. But the reason for it was "cheating". When in
    reality, it was on GTA and i told people I would give them one million in game dollars. They stated I was doing a money drop, but in fact it was simply a heist that I was going to run where they get a million dollars. So I got banned for an assumption... Then
    I made a case review and they stated I was cheating, and upheld the permenant ban on my account. over 1,000 USD invested, and years spent, all for me to get banned over an assumption. Awesome, you guys lost a valued customer, switching to playstation outta
    be the best outcome possible.

    Xbox Code of Conduct and it's lack of priorities.

    I will agree that some bans are mistakenly given and some users who deserve a ban do mostly get away with it.
    I wouldn't say some. The majority of people that I played with got com bans because a troll started messaging them and they basically tell them to [mod removed] or [mod removed]

    See? Even the mods removed the [mod removed] and the [mod removed]. Shows what their priorities are.

    Good grief what a run on sentence. You are NOT allowed to call out gamertags in the forums. It is against the rules. If you feel that a person that you are playing with over live is breaking the Terms of Service or Code of Conduct, then file a complaint
    via your console. It only takes one valid complaint for someone to get banned. You don't need 20 or 30 people filing for the policy enforcement team to take action.
