Mod abuse in an online forum (Halo Waypoint)

Is there anything that can be done when mod abuse is a problem on a Windows affiliated community forum?

I just received this message without any context or information as to what post caused this ban, leading me to believe a mod abused their powers.

It's also a "day ban" for "nonconstructive posts". There has been nothing nonconstructive I have brought up in the Halo Waypoint forums, as everything is to try and either make people realise how good Halo Infinite is or improve the Sci-fi aspects of Halo Infinite.

If this person who banned me was not a mod (and even if they were) they should have used the "this is bait" pin to indicate, they needed more clarity on why a post was made.

While the Hardware and Software aspects of Microsoft Gaming is impressive, at every point the few human interactions I have had and the "accidental" human errors (some of which are clearly intentional subversions being advertised as "a mistake") are letting down and promoting toxic environments for Gamers.

Do Microsoft even have regular screening processes through a person's career, an internal social credit system or other incentivised system to stop bad actors infiltrating an organisation as big as Microsoft (or affiliated with Microsoft)?
