Buy stuff from Microsoft Store with mobile billing.

1) Go to account.microsoft.com

2) Log in with your Microsoft account

3) Then go to Payment & Billing and click on the drop-down arrow

4) Select Payment options

5) Under Payment methods, look for your mobile billing and remove it

6) If not, the mobile provider is present, then click on add a new payment method

7) Then, you should see an option for Mobile Billing

8) then pick your mobile operator

9) then type your phone number

If your mobile provider is not an option, you cannot pay for items with mobile billing. If you can add your mobile provider, please proceed to purchase Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. I would also reach out to your mobile provider to ensure they are not blocking any purchases from Microsoft, as that can also be the problem. I hope these suggestions help!
