    Mobile friends list problems


    This is really helpful! Usually, when I load my friends list, in the app, I'm met with "something has gone wrong". Now, lately, when I load, I'm met with the fact that i have friends online, but this system seems too dumb to know who is who and only displays
    question marks. It's bad enough that the one on my Xbox NEVER works properly anymore, but this one has more problems than usual and it would be nice to see them finally fixed. Are they EVER going to be fixed?

    Huh, that is really strange, mine shows up just fine, has the picture of the friend and name. Could it possibly be your connection to a network?

    Hi, try checking your friends list using the Xbox mobile app and see if this person appears

    Or try searching the player directly in your friends list, add it and delete it from your list to see if that helps

    If not, the best option is report the problem to the Xbox team:

    I'm starting to see reports of gamers for their friends list - missing friends or similar problems with friends and groups

    In my case, I'm experiencing missing friends. Right now I only have "7 friends" but I remember to have more.
    Probably this is a current or temporary outage.
