Mlb the show early access through game pass

Me and my brother gameshare. He purchased the game pass for the both of us. I just purchased the early access add on for mlb the show. It will not work at all. Why is that? Is it because he actually bought the game pass?

Here's the description for the bundle I'm sorry but you need to have an active Xbox game pass subscription under your account.

You can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here:

Yes, Grady_1127. The add-on is for Xbox Game Pass users, it will work under the account where the subscription is active.
