MKX i cant connect online for the life of me ?

Discus and support MKX i cant connect online for the life of me ? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Normally it works fine but for the past 3 days idk what happened online just stopped connecting . nat is open perfect , all other games work fine its...     MKX i cant connect online for the life of me ?


    Normally it works fine but for the past 3 days idk what happened online just stopped connecting . nat is open perfect , all other games work fine its only mkx . idk what i can do iv tried rebooting router reinstalling mkx , everything . It just keeps saying
    looking for players and then joining then failed to connect after when i go for player vs player . When i join rooms even i go to challenge ppl or they challenge me i get failed to connect . so what do i do ?

    my mkx game wont even give the online option. and barely any characters are avaliable and i cant get into the krypt

    Online Connection Issue

    For the last couple of days, I've being kept from playing MKX online. After choosing "play online" on the main menu, it seems to be trying to connect to servers but it doesn't go trough (I have been waiting seating in front of the TV for more than 20 min)
    and I cannot even go back to the main menu. Does anybody have the same issue? Any idea how to fix it?

    Hey Darth Kitana,

    You are showing as a Silver account here on the forums for me. That would explain why you can't connect to player vs. player as Silver account do not support online multiplayer activity.

    I was unaware you were sharing gold. My apologies. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Mortal Kombat?

    MKX online unplayable

    Try Going to Settings than Network Than Advanced Settings than Click Clear Alternate MAC address and let Xbox Restart. Than Go to Settings than SYSTEM than Click on CLEAR LOCAL SAVED GAMES. Your Xbox will restart after its done clearing Data. (Don't worry
    you wont loose any game data this just deletes the files off your console and it will be redownloaded when you Re Open Game)

    If this doesn't help Go to Settings than Network and Test Multiplayer Connection after Test is Complete don't go back or press done Stay on EVERYTHING is GOOD PAGE and Press and Hold Both Bumpers and Triggers at the same time A New screen will come up and
    Under Detailed NAT Type its Should Say "Your Network is behind a CONE NAT" if it does not say this than you need fix router settings and or Unplug Router for 30 seconds and Replug it back in
