    nothing shows up for gold scorpion and neither prey to ready to install at all I talked too a guy from xbox and he said I can get tokens for the prey preorder and for the gold scorpion aswell they told me to talk too you here and that's were I'm at

    i preordered prey and The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind Upgrade and neither on my punch card even though ordered through xbox why are they not showing

    xbox rewards not counting my preorder

    I recently preordered the game Prey but it didn't count on my xbox rewards and I received no credits if someone could help me out with this I would be greatful.
