MK 11 missing preorder bonus after deleting game

• Make sure that you are using the same account as you bought the game on.
• Go to My Games and Apps.
• Locate Mortal Kombat 11 and press “Menu” on your controller (the button with three lines on it).
• Select Manage Game.
• Scroll all the way to the right on this menu to see what DLC is ready to install, then start the install for the pieces of released add-on content that you are trying to download.

Microsoft has stated that you will be able to get preorder items with digital games for 2 weeks after they are released. That means that purchasing these games digitally within the first 2 weeks will also net you the "Day One" preorder bonus's for those games.

You essentially miss out on absolutely nothing. The only time you'd miss out on something is if there's a specific retailer that has preordered items separate from what comes inside the box, or if there's some sort of statue or physical collectable apart of
the preorder bonus in store. Other than that, you're all set for all digital.

i like the pre-order stuff, but like some people have mentioned already most of it ends up worthless after a few levels. i liked my preorder bonus for vanquish. and i was glad to see it as a dlc option later. by far the coolest preorder bonus was the comic
book i got for preordering Darksiders. best part was it was drawn by Ludo Lullibi. i actually changed my preorder from game crazy over to game stop for that. best bonus ever!

I would check to see if the item is listed with the title itself.

Under "My Games & Apps" highlight Titanfall 2 and hit the menu button, then select "Manage Game".

See if the content is listed there, and install it if it's not already installed.

After download and instillation, make sure to quit the game and reload so the content gets loaded properly!
