MixPot Rewards not received

I have received my Outer Wilds Full Game Pre-Order but none of the other Microsoft E3 Briefing Rewards (GoW4 Skin, TERA E3 Bundle, Halo 5 Classic Helmet REQ). I also have not received the WoT or Trove items for the Inside Xbox Stream.

E3 mixpot rewards

hello, I have received the Xbox insider rewards but not any other mixpot rewards. I watched the entire live stream and had my account linked as I received the Xbox insider rewards but not the other rewards. How do I get to the other mixpot rewards? or why
didn’t i not receive them?

E3 Mixpot

Hi,

I haven't received my Mixpot reward for the Outer Wilds and i've been watching to the #XboxE3 show since the begin. I haven't received any message about Mixpot Reward and i checked on Microsoft Store too, didn' received it.

For the in game rewards please check in game, they dont appear as a download as such in your install queue

While they should be all rolled out by now but Microsoft's Xbox Support teams are slowly reply to people on here. Many of us are Ambassadors and while can offer help and pointers cannot access your accounts with Microsoft. In a lot of cases it was just
a case of waiting a few days till the rewards got assigned to accounts.

You can check by looking at
https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders it should show if the E3 content has been assigned to you, you will need to be signed in to see the results. If its not there, Xbox Support will reply to you soon with more details

We were able to determine that you have received the MixPot Reward from the Xbox E3 2018 Mixer broadcast.

This content is automatically applied to the Microsoft Account you watched the stream with. Be sure to check the Microsoft Commerce page while signed-in to
find the Outer wilds, E3 2018 MixPot Classic Helmet REQ Pack & Exclusive E3 Gears of War skin attached to your account.

If you see that content there, you are all set!

i did not receive my mixpot reward for watching inside xbox on 11/10. My friends did receive theirs. Can we find out the status of my mixpot reward?

MixPot rewards will be sent out during this week. If you do not receive a message for MixPot by March 16th, 2018, please post back to let us know. In regards to January Xbox Quest, I have sent you an Xbox Live message with further information.

Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately, quantities are limited when it comes to Mixpot and only the first qualified viewers will receive the rewards. If you haven't received your rewards by now, you might not have been among the first group of viewers.

Xbox MixPot FAQ

During some of the Xbox Live streaming events on Mixer, we’ll be rewarding viewers by giving away MixPots, These MixPots will vary by event and can include different games and downloadable content (DLC) for each event.

Quantities are limited—only the first qualified viewers will receive the MixPot. Due to the popularity of MixPot, some viewers may not receive content. Viewers don’t have to watch the entire
briefing to qualify. You’ll be notified after the stream is over with more details regarding your MixPot.
