Trouble in 2018 E3 Mixpot reward

Hi, I watched 2018 E3 Xbox Press Conference via Mixer, but I didn't get any mixpot reward.

BTW, I got mixpot reward from gamescom xbox inside one.

Also I received 2017 E3 mixpot reward too.

What happened to my account? I had no problem with connect my xbox / mixer account..

 

figurehead sea of thieves

I have a new question. I have my own account but I share sea of thieves with my son account.I watched the video for the figurehead under my name and account and got this message at the end . Will I still be getting the figurehead in my account or did i
screw myself out of the figurehead by watching under my name?

I already got them. check your order history in your account to see if you got them.

 

You’ll receive your MixPot within one week or less from the end of the Xbox Live streaming event. Remember, you must be logged in to Mixer with your Microsoft account to get your MixPot.

 

You don't get a confirmation. Simply go to Sign in to your Microsoft account and sign in with your account if necessary.

You should then see if the "Sea of Thieves Huntress Figurehead" and "Forza Horizon 4 Limited Edition Festival Tee (White)" has been redeemed on your account.

 

I didn't realize it had to be on my mixer account I watched it on my gfs ipod is there anything i can do to still get the huntress

 

Unfortunately, since they "detect" who was viewing the Mixer stream through the Microsoft Account that was signed in at that time of the stream, there is no way to retroactively get it on your own account.

If it wasn't your account that was signed in on the Mixer stream on your girlfriends iPod, you're out of luck

Major Nelson announced it at the beginning of the stream that you need to head to Mixer and be signed in with your Microsoft Account to be able to get the Mixpot.
