Mixer Mixpot issues! (Second Post)

I made a post on here 5 days ago about missing Mixer Mixpot rewards, after viewing The Game Awards via the mixer app on Xbox One. I promptly received a response and was told I should be expecting an Xbox Live message from support.
The message I received included a code for content pertaining to Halo (a game I do not own) but none of the actual Mixer Mixpot rewards. Is there somthing I'm missing here? Other friends that tuned in, the same as I did, received the items I was looking forward
to such as Warframe in-game currency, and an exclusive cosmetic item.

Hey CoolBarrel442,

The Mixpot rewards is only for people who have watched inside Xbox and E3 with their mixer account. Please make a different thread for your current issues separate from Mixpot because Mixpot seems to be not your issue.

No code received, account was linked, watched it live, checked mixer notifications, xbox messages, and redemption history.

Hey Jon,

I was able to verify that you received multiple codes in your Xbox Live message inbox. Check for your conversation with 'Xbox Live' and ensure all of the codes were redeemed. In regards to the Halo add-on, that is one of the four MixPot rewards.

Im adding to the discussion as well. I received the second mixpot (for watching Inside XBOX) but have not received the E3 Conference mixpot. I was signed in on the console and through the Mixer app on mobile. Both streams were watched from beginning to end.
My Microsoft account is linked to Mixer.

During some of the Xbox Live streaming events on Mixer, we’ll be rewarding viewers by giving away MixPots, These MixPots will vary by event and can include different games and downloadable content (DLC) for each event.

Quantities are limited—only the first qualified viewers will receive the MixPot. Due to the popularity of MixPot, some viewers may not receive content. Viewers don’t have to watch the entire briefing to qualify. You’ll be notified after the stream is over
with more details regarding your MixPot.

How does the MixPot work?

Here’s how it works:

Watch the Xbox Live stream on Mixer: You can watch the live streaming event using the Mixer app on Xbox One, any web browser at http://www.mixer.com/xbox,
or the Mixer app on iOS or Android devices.
Sign in to Mixer using your Microsoft account: You must be signed in to Mixer with your Microsoft account to get your MixPot.
For existing Mixer accounts, link your Mixer account to your Microsoft account: To learn how to link your existing Mixer account to your Microsoft account (the account you use to sign in to Xbox Live), see Mixer
account to your Microsoft account. Your account must be linked to receive the MixPot.
Get your stuff! After the event, we’ll announce the games or DLC that will be coming your way as part of the MixPot.
