Mixer Influnce Level Stuck in Forza Horizon 4?

I am aware this isn't the forum for Forza, but I could not figure out how to post to that one. Anyway, I stream and watch lots of Forza Horizon 4 on Mixer. My accounts are linked and I know it liked correctly because I have received multiple MixPot rewards
on the same accounts. I'm currently a level 158 in Forza Horizon 4 and my mixer influence level increased until it was level 3, with 15,831 influence to level up. no matter how much I watch it on mixer (I see the pop-ups saying I earned it on mixer) I do not
receive it in the game. It's been frozen since about 1 week after the game came out. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if so how they resolved it. Please, I really need those sweet sweet mixer clothing items.

Hi KD! Unfortuantely I have no solution for your issue, but just in case nobody else will be able to help either: You should be able to sign in the official forums with your Xbox Live account: https://forums.forzamotorsport.net/...n10_topics111_Technical-Support-and-Help.aspx

After you have agreed to the forums rules and policy you should be able see the button '+ NEW TOPIC' which allows you to post there. I hope this helps a bit!

Are other achievement progress tracking at the system level? Is this the only one that seems to be stuck right now? I would recommend

reaching out to Playground Games/Forza Horizon 4 Support here and letting them know the issue you're having, and see what they can do.

Hi, sorry you've experienced that- while I can't speak to exactly what you've seen regarding player levels, but I'd add that there are a lot of ways to gain influence pretty quickly and level up in Forza Horizon 4, including watching FH4 streams on Mixer,
and getting influence from skill chains. And from my experience, cutting the corners might be legitimate as long as they're not skipping any checkpoints.

That said, if you're seeing something else that is definitely cheating, I'd agree with others that the best courses of action would be reporting/blocking those users and/or posting on the

Forza forums.
