Mixer Giveaway Not Arriving

I know this is probably to early, but I won the 10$ gift card giveaway on the interactive stream but haven't yet received anything in my XBox notifications. Am I expecting this to early?

I watched the live stream on mixer for the Sea of Thieves Pistol Giveaway and haven't yet received the pistol????

 

E3 mixer promotion/Giveaway

The same here, tried contacting microsoft but I was unable to get through to them.

I was watching Sunday evening, it was the 10$ giveaway that happens every 2 hrs and I would have to look up who was hosting but it was on the xbox interactive channel on mixer. It was the giveaway at the end of the night approximately
11pm eastern.

Yeah it was on mixer.com/xbox, I checked my notifications center and also nothing has come through on my xbox messages and nothing. But I will check my mixer notifications again as well.

 

I did check my notifications and there's nothing in my notifications on mixer

 

Thanks for the information. Could you let us know which specific stream this would have been? We normally are unable to assist with code giveaways from streams on Mixer, but we definitely want to see if we can find the specific VOD
(Video on Demand) from the channel where you won so we can reach out to the appropriate team that was streaming at that time.

If you could locate the VOD from the stream you viewed on
Mixer.com/Xbox, and possibly pass us the time stamp where you won, that would help us a lot!

 

It was I think his gamertag was Reality OGX, the stream was on Sunday September 24th and as far as I know they stream from the Microsoft campus. When I went through the link it was the incorrect streamer as what I was watching was
through mixer.com/Xboxinteractive.

 

Won't let me view past broadcast, it takes me to mixer/support which I did message.
