    Mixer App on Xbox One wont start up.


    Mixer hasnt been working for some time now, maybe a month or two. tries as much troubleshooting help as xbox one will give but its all useless garbage, ive tried error code search, hard restting my xbox, quitting out of the app if i have enough time to
    back out and quit out of the load screen before if kicks me back to home anyways, ive tried "making space" or uninstalling it under storage and anything else you can think of and still nothing has resolved my issues. HELP.

    Remove mixer and community app from my console

    With the latest update the mixer app will be discontinued as mixer will be accessed through homepage instead of an app. Best part of doing this is it wont crash as its not an app anymore

    No you cannot remove it / delete it or disable it on xbox one.

    My console has the latest update (yesterdays update) and community and mixer is well and truly stuck in my games and apps with no way of disabling it or moving the tiles to another location or anything like that.

    As the main conversation here is why are we being forced with these apps.

    the problem is not with starting. the app starts just fine. it just wont load my original xbox avatar

    I think you can't stream to YouTube because Xbox want to support Mixer 🤔
    Then why is there a Twitch app? If Microsoft were so hell bent to only support Mixer, there wouldn't be a Twitch App. And yet, you can still stream to Twitch.

    It's really up to YouTube to get a working streaming app on the Xbox One.

    So please suggest to YouTube to create a Xbox One streaming app.
