Also, with myself and several others we never got a message in Message center at all and the content was automatically added to the account without any notice. Be sure you go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders on
your account and see if you show the items there as "Redeemed" with a $0.00 charge. If you have received the MixPot it will show for you there.

I watched the entirety of The Game Awards on Mixer this year because there was an item linked to Sea of Thieves on the mix-pot that I really wanted to get, it's been over a week since the livestream and I haven't received anything, whilst I have friends
who watched for just five minutes and got the item a day later. I have received items from mix-pots in the past so I know that my account is linked properly, would there be any reason as to why I didn't receive the item and is there anything I can do in order
to attain it still?

Im adding to the discussion as well. I received the second mixpot (for watching Inside XBOX) but have not received the E3 Conference mixpot. I was signed in on the console and through the Mixer app on mobile. Both streams were watched from beginning to end.
My Microsoft account is linked to Mixer.

A MixPot is a bunch of free items you get for watching Xbox programs on Mixer with the account linked to your account, such as the recent E3 press conference and Inside Xbox. You have to be watching live to get the MixPot normally.
