Misunderstood Suspension

Hi im very confused on why I’m suspended on Xbox Live once again and I’ve done nothing wrong I’m getting reported literally for nothing I’m playing with a friend on bo3 getting ready for WW2’s release and we play some search and I eliminated a guy with the
worst weapon in the game and he spams me with invites so I eventually join to see what’s up and he starts going off on me harassing me and calling me every name in the book but he had some friends join him too so it’s 5 vs 1 and I only said one word and I
get reported under 5 sec I don’t understand why I have to suffer if I didn’t engage anything

There are proper responses for everything. Trust me if you try to do the right thing in the wrong way, nobody cares that your trying to do right. Everybody is trying to do right. Your own emotions will deceive you every time.

Sorry but the enforcement team does not monitor these forums. As for getting a ban, the rule is Never reply in any form, report and block. Odds they got you to reply in a fashion that was in violation to the code of conduct as a from of retaliation (self-defense)
and this is what got you into trouble.

Is there anyway i can file anotner case?

In the case i file i talked about a seperate reason that i thought i got banned for.

They didnt let me know specificsly what text got me banned till after so i couldnt justify myself

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do but wait it out. It doesn't matter if the person you were speaking to is your friend or not, if you say something
that violates the code of conduct, you can be suspended.

No. They only allow 1 review which means they've already reviewed the issue twice (the first being the initial suspension) and have determined you have done something to violate the code of conduct.
