    Mistaken refund


    I accidentally requested a refund for my Xbox series s that has already been shipped by FedEx. Will I get the item or will they return it? Microsoft sent me a UPS label for the return.

    I understand that but Why can't I just ask to swap for the english version. If its to make sure i'm not cheating them, why don't they check my account history? I just want the same thing but in another language, its not rocket science.
