Mistaken communication ban

I received an email stating that I would receive a 3 month non reviewable communication ban for my account. Understandable. However I then somehow received a 2 month console wide communication ban despite never receiving an email about or having any record
of it in Enforcement history. I’ll accept the 3 month ban for my main account but there is no way I am going to let you guys ban my console for 2 months. I already raised this with Xbox Support who said he would talk to his superiors and then advised my to
come here.

I am completely clueless on why I got communication banned.

So I received a communication ban earlier this week and I submitted a case review and XBLPET failed to tell me what specific reason caused the communication ban. Not only that, I received ANOTHER communication ban yesterday. I remain clueless on this one
as well. Can someone please tell me what I did wrong or if it was a mistake I would like the suspension to be lifted because if this is a mistake then I am being falsely accused of something I didn't do. Please help me out with my situation.

You can find information about console bans here - Xbox Enforcement | How Do I but there is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding console
bans. All you can do is wait it out.

 

ummm you do realize that using a secondary account to avoid the first ban is a violation of the terms of use right?

It's called ban dodging and since you have a 2month suspension it is most likely severe enough to warrant a console ban

And no you aren't allowed to use secondary accounts to avkid the suspension and canlead to further punishment which is why it is put on your to avoid you violating the terms of use

Of course you can use other profiles that aren't suspended on any other consoles just not your suspended console

 

Enforcement is nothing to do with support so there's nothing they can do.

As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to you have no choice in the matter,the enforcement team are perfectly in their right to issue you a console privilege suspension.

 

What part of "the console communication ban is a mistake" are you not understanding here. Only my main account should be banned, not the console.

next time please.

 

As already explained using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct which is why you were issued a console privilege suspension.It stops you from doing this.

What part of that are you not getting? Please read the answers you were given next time.

It's not a mistake.Console privilege suspensions don't show on the enforcement site.
