    So do you know fortnite save the world i posted a post on there because the guy was thearthing me to do it because he wanted guns so i made a post that said "looking to trade acc" Acc witch stands for Actually And i dont know why i got banned because of that because people always trade guns in fortnite and my case review got upheld because of account trade they must of thought that acc meant account which it dosent if you want proofs check the link https://www.slang.org/acc-meaning-definition/ so i would like to know how that looking for group post desrerved a permanent ban because it was in fortnite and the post said "looking to trade acc" and acc dosent mean account so i would like for someone from the enforcement team to contact me or acc review this case because i dont trade accounts and the post i made said "looking to trade acc" which means "looking to trade actually" and as much as i know its not banable to post a post about trading guns in fortnite and i know looking to trade actually sounds werid but im swedish and not very good at english and didnt think of the word actually so i used the word actually/acc and theres been a huge mistake/missunderstanding please someone from the enforcement team please help me

    I have been falsely banned for 2 years now before the new enforcement program was released I did my time may I be unbanned now?

    The only time they're lifted is if the enforcement team determines they made a mistake when issuing it, which is rare with permanent bans. But permanent bans are just that, permanent. You are responsible for your account at all times.

    Sorry, if you were banned, it's permanent. Your only option is to create a new account and to learn from your mistake.

    Hey Ascropian just beware don’t mistake a Account ban with a Device ban. The moderators on here should make clear that there have been false permanent account bans on Xbox over the past couple weeks due to an ongoing glitch. Unless the screen said Device ban specifically and not Permanent account ban, it may just be an account suspension disguised as a Permanent ban. Look on Enforcement sight since it has somewhat been fixed and should now show any current or previous actions and see what it says specifically. If it says Device Ban then sadly there is no fix for that. Good luck 👍🏻

    Sorry but the enforcement team does not follow these forums. Permanent bans are not handed out lightly. If you believe that your suspension is incorrect you can go to the enforcement site and file a case review if you are eligible for one https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

    Well, if the account is actually at fault and did in fact violate policies, then it would remain "permanently" banned. If the account creator thinks Microsoft may have made a mistake and got the enforcement wrong, then the appeal option is available. Under no circumstance can we violate policies (permanent bans take ALOT) and expect Microsoft not to enforce the exact policies we ALL agree to abide by.

    I am sorry but if it's a "Permanent" ban, nothing can be done.
