Discus and support mistake changing my username, is there a way to change it back? in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; i changed my username from to KingEnerman so it would be different on minecraft but it reset everything on my servers and friends list and it will cost...     mistake changing my username, is there a way to change it back?


    i changed my username from to KingEnerman so it would be different on minecraft but it reset everything on my servers and friends list and it will cost me $10 to add the space back so i can get my stuff back. is there any way to change it
    back for free? I didn't know what it would do if i changed it, it was a mistake to change it and i want to know if there is a way to change it back.

    Unfortunately once you’ve used the one free gamertag change, you’ll have to pay to have it replaced again.

    Please also remember the new gamertag system allows only up to 12 characters and may have a number suffix attached, If not unique and someone already has the gamertag.

    Of course you’re welcome to contact support, although I don’t think they’ll be able to do anything.

    I'm sorry to inform you that if you changed your Minecraft Java Edition username by accident, you won't be able to change it again until 30 days have passed, as it is the time period established by Mojang for each change.

    According to the following link, even Minecraft Support cannot assist you in changing the game's username:

    However, there's no need to worry since nobody can take your previous username during this period, as your previous username is saved for 37 days, as stated on the same website.
