    I turned off the reccurring bill on my account and for some reason it is still charging me for xbox game pass ultimate. I need to know who i can call to get this fixed. Thank you

    The only way not to make a mistake is to do nothing. Even then you will end up making one ( bills).

    High rank employees do not use the forums. This company is not enron, by the way. There are possible billing mistakes, which are easily correctable, if you call the correct accounts and billing line. To make a long story short, yes, as a corporation, MS
    can be trusted.
