    Missions not updating: History of Rewards


    I picked up $50.00 worth of games that were in the XBOX store during July (Far Cry Primal Apex Edition, Assassin's Creed Syndicate Gold Edition, Assassin's Creed Unity). I also purchased $5.00 of Avatar Items within the month as well (The Silent Shadow,
    Walton Gang Hat). Finally, I have acquired several achievements from games that were on the list (Assassin's Creed Unity x1, Assassin's Creed Syndicate x1, Far Cry Primal x1, For Honor x1, Mafia III x1, Assassin's Creed III x8). None of this except the $50.00
    worth of game purchases reflect in My Rewards. Why is this?

    My rewards

    They are not counting my points on Xbox Live Rewards, meaning I am not getting My Rewards in 96 hours, either in My Non-MyVip Missions or in Reward History: A if history repeats itself. I would like a solution.

    Freedom Rewards Not Updating

    I am currently playing Pinball FX3 for the Freedom Rewards Missions and neither the Frees Pass or Free Ride Missions are updating for my purchases and play time.

    Hello HenchmanC,

    It can take us up to 96 hours to process and receive new purchase information, as outlined in the FAQ:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    Since you just purchased your Avatar items on the 29th, we have not fully processed that data yet. Please allow more time for processing of those purchases. Regarding your Achievement unlocks, we have determined that there was an issue properly associating
    your achievements with your deluxe edition purchases. We have adjusted these, and you should see the Credits pending for completion of that part of the offer shortly. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    From the FAQ:

    Level 1: HARKEN BACK ONCE MORE (UNLOCKS LEVEL 3) — Earn 5,000 Rewards Credits for spending at least $50 before tax on eligible Games on Demand titles like Assassins Creed Unity, For Honor, and Wolfenstein: The Old Blood in
    the Xbox Store, and movies and TV shows like Vikings, The White Princess, Black Sails, and Fury from Microsoft Movies & TV.

    Level 3: PLAYETH WHAT’S OLDE OR NEWE (UNLOCKED BY LEVEL 1) — Earn 3,000 Rewards Credits for completing five achievements in the game(s) you purchased as part of Level 1.

    Since you have not unlocked (completed) level 1, you cannot complete level 3. Since you have not met the spending requirement for level 1, you have not completed that part of the offer.

    You could also complete reward missions if you have the gamepass some missions give 600 reward points you can typically earn over 2000 reward points every month hope this helps

    It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process purchases. This was mentioned in the FAQ for this offer:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    Since your last purchases were made on March 31st, we have not yet processed those purchases.
