    Mission won’t update even after 96 hours


    so I have invested a lot of money to complete the mind mission on January’s rewards and have spent the required amounts however it’s been longer than 96 hours yet I still see no progress on the mission. I can’t of done it wrong because I used all digital
    and used links attached to the mission and did directly from there. Can this be sorted?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We have found an issue with the History Repeats offer that we are now in the process of resolving. You should see your purchases recognized shortly, and the achievements recognized after your purchases are awarded.

    No reward points even after 96 hours

    Hi there,

    i wanted to complete the rewrite history mission. So i've spent over 50€ (minimum was 46€) and I also bought some avatar stuff for over 5€ plus I have achieved all the necessary achievements. But there is nearly a week gone now, and i haven't received any
    points yet. What I have received just in time are the reward points for the monthly survey. So I hope you can help me with this. Please contact me on my mail adress.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue with our purchase data source that is in the process of being resolved. Due to this source being down, we are currently delayed on purchase information past January 22nd. After investigating your
    account, we see that your purchases were made on the 25th, so we have not received this information due to the error. Once this issue is resolved, you should see your offer begin to progress as expected as the data is fed into our database. Our other team
    working on this issue has recently informed us that this should be resolved shortly.

    Hey DrunkBadger414 according to the FAQ on the reward website, if Resident Evil 7 is one of the games used to complete the digital punchcard credits will not be rewarded until 96 hours after the title launches on January 23rd, 2017. Here is the link: https://rewards.xbox.com/faq/#missions

    Here is the verbiage: "When will I receive my Rewards Credits? Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order. However, you will not receive your Rewards Credits until 96 hours after ALL of the games you pre-ordered have released. If Resident
    Evil 7: Biohazard     is one of your chosen titles, you will not receive your Reward until 96 hours after the game’s release date on January 23, 2017."

    Keep in mind it takes about 96 hours for punches to show after you preorder a game. Since it hasn't been 96 hours since you preordered Far Cry, it would be too soon to see it updated.

    If you opted into the offer, it takes 96 hours for purchases to update on the website. 96 hours from Monday evening would be Friday evening.

    Staff will review and reply if there is any unforeseen issue. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and take 1-2 business days to reply.
