The reward for purchasing a new Xbox One S console is delivered to your account 15 days after the console ships, which in your case would be in the next few days. Once they are in your account, they are deposited on the next deposit date. That could be middle
of next month (around the 15th) or if they don't show up in your account until after the 1st then they would not be deposited until near the end of the month (around the 30th).

For MyVip, that is calculated at the end of the month (31st) and deposited middle of the following month (around Jan. 15th).

Hi SmoothThor. Murphs is correct. There is currently a delay in awarding for console purchases. Credits should show as pending by the end of the week. MyVIP for December will be calculated soon and will be awarded by the 15th. Thanks for your patience.

It depends on when they became pending. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the
15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Hi YokaiiCx. To confirm, deposits were made to your account on 12/14/16 and 4/12/17. You can check your Microsoft account balance at commerce.microsoft.com. These will be listed as refunds from Xbox Live Rewards.

The deposits I have listed under 'Pending Credits' are even from 2 years ago - 6/2/14 3,000 credits; 11/25/14 1,000 credits and 12/6/16 is 30,000 credits - none of these have deposited period? Thank you
