Missing Xbox Quest Reward for August

As the title suggests, I completed the Xbox Quest for the beginning of August that came around this summer (2018). I have yet to receive this reward, despite the Quests site saying you'll receive the reward the following month. Seeing as it's October,
I was wondering if there is any way to go about getting the reward now due to it's late arrival.

Missing Xbox quest rewards for January and February

hello support I haven’t received my rewards for January and February Xbox live quest plus I am also missing the most recent mixpot rewards thank you for your time

 

Hey Mister Beep!!!!! (or any of the "miss" or "mister" mods) you still here? I didn't get my rewards from the xbox summer edition quests!

I just now realized that the mods who deal with quest rewards always have
mister or miss in their names. I remember "mister beep" helped me last year with a similar xbox quest issue. But all the "mister" and "miss" mods have been missing ever since this terrible upgrade to the forums. Could one of you regular
mods contact one of the "miss"/mister mods and send them here to help me?

July 17 – July 30


Complete both these Quests to get a mystery prize and the chance to win a 24k gold plated Xbox One X Project Scorpio.

Quest 1: Earn 6 achievements in any two July Games with Gold from July 17-23

Quest 2: Play 60 minutes of multiplayer every day from July 24-30

July 31 – August 13

Complete both these Quests to get a mystery prize and the chance to win a 24k gold plated Xbox One X Project Scorpio.

Quest 1: Log into your console everyday now, - august 6.

Quest 2: increase your gamer score by 400 points from august 7 - 13.

August 14 – August 27

Complete both these Quests to get a mystery prize and the chance to win a 24k gold plated Xbox One X Project Scorpio.

Quest 1: Play 30 minutes of multiplayer every day by August 20.

Quest 2: Get seven new achievements from August 21-27.

As you can see, it's past the time for me to have received a prize and I still haven't got it.

Offers will be fulfilled directly to Xbox Live Accounts through the Message Center.

Sponsor will determine all details of each Offer awarded in its sole discretion.
Offers will be fulfilled
approximately 4-6 weeks after conclusion of the Program Period.

Turns out the Rewards team just sent me back to Xbox Support. I talked to another rep who left my case open and should be reviewed and taken care of in a week's time. I'll keep you posted.

I have seen this rule, but have been going of off the information given on the official

Xbox Quests site where it states "Your reward will be sent to you through Xbox Message Center in the following month" in the FAQ's final question in the event there was a change of operation plans. As I just replied to Chris, I have a rep leaving my case
open to be fixed in week's time. Thank you for taking the time to reply with some helpful words. Hopefully this gets sorted soon.
