Missing Xbox One Upgrade Promo Code

Received an offer for a $100 promo credit on my 360 dashboard, bought an Xbox One and activated it before 11:59pm on July 31st, but have not received my promo code message. Please help.

Problem with expedited shipping code for Xbox One S upgrade program

I received an email about the Xbox One S upgrade program for existing Xbox One owners where you can purchase an Xbox One S and use the included promo code for free expedited shipping. However, when I made my console & game selections on microsoftstore.com,
selected "expedited shipping" and entered the promo code - nothing happened. The page refreshed but did not remove the shipping charge; there was also no error related to the promo code.

I chatted with Microsoft Store & Xbox Support online and they pointed me to the sender of the code which would be the Xbox Live Rewards program. Here's the link to the program: Xbox Live Rewards

For clarification, I had selected the 500GB Storm Grey Xbox One S, with Batman: Return to Arkham ("The Crew" was also included for free). The Storm Grey console had been released by the time I attempted to use the code, so the pre-order stipulation on the
promo code shouldn't apply.

Nothing to do with registering for warranty. Just purchase and activate by 7/31, which I did.

Well that's on you me and hundreds more got it after we register our Xbox for warranty y you think you didn't get it and the many others also ...didn't read the fine print lol ...ask support

 

Asking support is exactly why I'm posting here. I'm glad it worked out for you, but as I mentioned above, I did everything that I was supposed to and got nothing, so I'm sure you can understand my frustration.

 

UPDATE: Got a PM from support with my code on Friday, 9/5. It took a while, but it all worked out in the end.

 

I bought 7 days to die and didn't get the pre-order skins code, just posting here
