Missing xbox mymissions avatar items credits

Hi,

I was looking through my xbox credits history and realized I have not received reward credits for several avatar items purchased during mymissions. I started buying the avatar items back in march of last year when I saw they were a part of most mymissions.
Since march of 2016 I only received rewards credits for two avatar items that I've purchased. I'm not sure why out of the seven different times I've purchased something, I've only received the rewards credit twice. but could you look into these purchases?
I would like to receive my rewards credits if at all possible.

9/13/17 - wizard armor

3/8/17 - joining goblet

1/19/17 - plush carrot mascot

5/5/16 - berserker pet

3/11/16 - 8-bit bling, bling earrings, bling santa hat

Owed Xbox Reward Credits

Hi, I completed all Levels of the Go West MyMission from March, but I only got 10,000 credits. I was never credited 1,000 for spending the £2 on Avatar items and then the 4,000 for completing all levels in the mission. Could someone take a look at this for
me? Thanks

Apologies for the inconvenience. There was an issue with avatars earlier this month and last month that we have since resolved. We will adjust your account for your September purchase. Regarding your other purchases, previously, eligible avatars could be
found by searching a key word or category on the avatar store. For example, your joining goblet purchase for March for Warrior Rewards had to be found via looking up "Warrior". Since it does not show up for this search, it was not eligible. Another example
for January would be that the category was Fitness. We will adjust your past purchases since they match the intent of these categories, but make sure you read the FAQ to find out how to access eligible content. You should see these adjustments shortly.

I never thought about missing credits for avatar items before, I loved some of the xbox360 avatar add ones I bought. Its a shame they haven't transferred them to the new avatars.

You need a valid method of payment linked to your account (like credit card or paypal) to claim avatar items (even when free)

Otherwise you can purchase the avatar items with currency through an xbox 360

my avatar award items are missing too. they are there in the storage section but the avatar customizer won't recognize any of them.

I have seen a few people experience this issue over the past couple days, specifically regarding avatar items gained through game unlocks. As said though, if the issue is regarding items you paid for you can always re-download them through the History
