    Hello,

    I redeemed a 12-month xbox live membership from Microsoft rewards on April 27th. Never received in the mail or in an email. Chat support cannot help as they just push me to this forum. Unsure why Microsoft cannot just add this support to their actual chat
    system. Seems a bit convoluted.

    Please let me know how I can get the 12-month membership as I ordered it so my xbox is more useful than the paper-weight it currently is.

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.

    Live rewards became MS rewards. So they are the ones you have to contact.

    Zero
    Xbox Rewards support still posts here and still assists with Xbox Rewards issues. Since his issue is an Xbox Rewards program issue, he needs to wait for a response from support here. Microsoft Rewards support will not be able to assist.
