    my bank account got hacked and i cant use it on my xbox, the xbox live gold payment still goes on but i get a monthly code. three days ago i bought 3 months gold and i was supost to get a code but im still waiting. can someone tell me what is happening or
    something that can help.

    MS ripped me off, can anyone help me out?

    Hello, I bought xbox live gold a while ago, when there was a deal going, the deal was buy three months of gold and get a code sent by email, for another three months of xbox live gold. Seemed like a great deal so I purchased. Well, it said that the code would be sent by May 15, I purchased this in early January.
    Now the codes have not been sent, haven't heard anything from MS, feeling ripped off. Did this happen to anyone here? And I am very sure the deal was valid for me.

    Xbox Live Gold Tenure goes by concurrent Gold Membership, If you missed some Gold for a while it will do that.

    Do you have a current Xbox Live Gold subscription on this Xbox Live account? If you're seeing a price for the game, that may be an indication that your Xbox Live account is missing a Gold subscription which you would need to access features like Games with
    Gold.

    Double check and let us know. :)
