Missing Xbox Gamerscore

Discus and support Missing Xbox Gamerscore in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My Xbox is only showing that I have 11490 gamerscore when I have previously had over 25,000 gamerscore.     Missing Xbox Gamerscore


    My Xbox is only showing that I have 11490 gamerscore when I have previously had over 25,000 gamerscore.

    Is there something I can do about this? Is Microsoft having problems?

    Can someone please help, Thank You.

    Gamerscore reset to 925 from 34000

    If the missing gamerscore is from Xbox One games, then it's a glitch and should fix itself but it can take a few days.

    If the missing gamerscore is from Xbox One games, it's a random glitch. It usually fixes itself within a few days.

    It depends on if they're Xbox One games that are missing the gamerscore or 360 games. If it's Xbox One games, then it's just a glitch that should fix itself.

    In your first post you wrote that you had "about 110,000 Gamerscore". I just posted a screenshot of your profile showing that your account DOES HAVE 112,049 Gamerscore. So no wonder the support can't find your missing Gamerscore, as it seems that it IS STILL
    THERE!!!

    Where are you looking for your Gamerscore? Through an app? On the console?
    hi again, when I see a 360 game progress it says no unlocks but upon clicking it the achievements are dated and unlocked. Also the gamerscore total is 110k missing not the current 113k I have to in total there should be around 220k.
