Missing Xbox game pass

I miss the online pass,I only buy second hand games and don`t play online,it made games much cheaper with a missing pass.

Have you made sure you are logged in with the same account on which you claimed the content granted with the "Digital Direct" feature on the original console?

Check if the subscription is active according to the dates of your All Access plan by following this link

In case you are absolutely sure you are using the correct account and your content has disappeared out of nowhere, you should expect a response from Xbox customer support if they told you they are investigating it.

I was never able to get a purchase to go through while it was on Game Pass. But the game is now off Game Pass, and I was able to purchase it directly on the Xbox last night. I missed the $2 discount, but at least I was able to get it.

The things that I am missing are the content that was with the game that came with the ultimate edition(VIP, car pass, Allstars pass).
