Missing Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Code - Telstra Order. What do I do?

If I click "Manage" it takes me to the Telstra Login page. When I sign in there and check my services it states that my Telstra "XBox All Access" subscription has been cancelled and only shows my ISP plan.

My main problem with this situation is I can't see how long I have left on my Games Pass Ultimate subscription and won't know when it is due to expire. Also, I can't confirm how much Game Pass Ultimate has been applied to my Game Pass Ultimate account via the Telstra subscription.

It should have been 2 years added as that is how long I have been on the payment plan for the Xbox. However I only just applied it about a month ago as I had already renewed to 3 years Game Pass Ultimate just prior to signing up to the Telstra Plan and was unable to add any more at the time. Thus I had to wait until about a month ago before I was below 1 year of Game Pass Ultimate left. When I applied the code from Telstra to add the Game Pass to my account it switched to the Telstra managed plan. However, I can't confirm how much was added, or how much is left now. I don't want to leave Telstra as my ISP until I have confirmed, just in case something was wrong so I can still get support.

I did manage to find an 'order history' page on my Microsoft account that shows 24 entries for Game Pass Ultimate redeemed on Nov 17 which I assume would be from when I claimed with my Telstra All Access account so I think that concern is over. But I still can't find anywhere that tells me how much Game Pass Ultimate is left.

OK I will try to contact Telstra again and see what they say. They weren't very helpful when I asked last time.

Ok, maybe I'm misunderstanding what I purchased here. According to the game I have to also purchase a game pass in order to play the game. I have purchased the Game pass ultimate and it still won't allow me to do anything. Everything shows locked. What am I missing here. I should note this game is for my grandkids to play when they come to visit this weekend.

Do all Xbox Live Gold codes convert to Game Pass Ultimate when redeemed? even if i wasnt already a Game Pass Ultimate member?

Telstra seem to have their fair share of issues when it comes to Game Pass. As your contract is with Telstra, it would be up to them to deal with it but whether they can/will is a different matter.

Have you contacted Telstra about it? You could try posting on their forum or seeing if there's similar threads:

they do also have social media but they may just direct you to contact them via the Telstra app etc
