Missing Xbox 360 profile pictures

I have done all the black ops 1 easter eggs and you get a profile picture but it does not show up. How can I fix that?

When did you done all the Easter eggs for black ops 1, today?

This is the Xbox 360. Not Xbox One/Series. There's no issues with the Xbox One/Series version. But there is with the Xbox 360 console.

As you can see in the picture. The Xbox 360 Store is missing all DLC to the game and As you can see the DRM is also missing. As it won't let other profiles play the game.

I have done the DRM transfer and redownloaded, this is the only game I am having issues with

Please go to your XBOX 360 Dashboard > Settings > Profile > Edit Profile > Gamer Picture > Change Gamer Picture > Select the gamer picture you'd like and you should be set.
