Missing X-Box profile

My son is the only one who usually uses hi xbox. He has an automatic sign-in, used it on a Thursday and on Friday like magic the profile was gone - no longer there. I can see my son as a friend if i log in (but says he is off-line), but his profile to sign in is now missing off his xbox and we can't recover? We have tried every email/password combo known, checked 'family' settings for both my husband and I and can't find him as a family member, just a friend. We have used mobile number's also to search for him with no success. He was playing the same game he has played for months so it surely can't be a game-rating issue, and he only ever plays with his known school friends. We just don't know what has happened or if this can be fixed? Any ideas would be appreciated, we are pretty frustrated at this point.

It seems that your sons Xbox profile just gone missing. Let's work on this together in finding the best possible solution to this issue.

Try the following options below and see if it helps.

1. Check if your son's profile is still associated with the Xbox Live account. You can do this by logging in to the Xbox Live website using the email address and password associated with the account.

2. If the profile is still associated with the account, try signing in to the Xbox console using a different profile and then sign out. After that, try signing in again using your son's profile.

3. If the profile is not associated with the account, you can try recovering the account using the account recovery process on the Xbox Live website.

I am getting that same error message . my profile loads .X-box live loads but my profile will not connect to x-box live.

The x-Box was missing in my case. Now I downloaded the whole package. Thanks.

I contacted x-box support and they told me the missing space is the os but WOW that is one huge os I don't see how the x-box has a larger os than my computer
