Missing wwe2k19 characters from redeemed code

We redeemed code for wwe 2k19 pre order bonus, it is showing the pre-order bonus as installed in the recently installed list in My Games and Apps, but the characters are not in the game under downloaded characters.

How to Redeem a Code on Xbox One - QR Code or 25 Character Code

Hey guys! Okay, so you need to figure out how to redeem codes on the Xbox One? Well, there are a few ways of doing this.

1.

• Login to Xbox.com (top right hand side)
• In the top bar, mouse over Xbox Live Gold
• You'll see 'Redeem Code' in the drop down list
• Click 'Redeem' and enter your 25 digit code!

If your code is a game or DLC, it will automatically start downloading once you login to your Xbox, unless you have your Xbox in standby, which will allow it to download right away!

• From the main page of the Xbox One dashboard, scroll to the right to the 'Games' section and select that section -or- If your Kinect is connected, say "Xbox, Use a Code"
• If you have a QR code (that square looking code thing), you can hold it up to your Kinect to redeem it.
• If you have a 25 digit code, in the lower left of the screen, you have the option to "enter the 25-character code." Click that and enter your code. Confirm your code and you're all set!

Your item will automatically download. Enjoy!

Have you tried to reboot your xbox that might help

Things we have tried

Signing out and back in

Signing in as a different profile

Quiting game and restarting

Rebooting xbox (leaving it off for 1 minute and rebooting)

 

Just confirming that you're not seeing Ronda Rousey and Rey Mysterio in your roster as these are the only characters included in preorder bonus. If you don't see these two I'll suggest get on chat with support at Contact Us | Xbox Support

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with that problem.

I read that you signed out and then signed in, but have you tried removing your account from your Xbox and then redownloading it to the console? If not, try that following the steps outlined on

How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One and see if that helps out.

If that doesn't then the next thing I would do is a soft reset of your console.

It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games and apps.

Yeah, not seeing those 2, I chatted with support and they put me onto 2k.com who I have also contacted to no avail as yet. I have even tried to register for their forum but it takes the registration then you can't login. Not a great day so far.

2k Forums to see if there is any way for them to correct the issue since it is in-game.
