    Missing world


    I don't know what is happening to Xbox and the minecraft franchise. I lost my 3rd world because I listen to a support agent. Why isn't there extra security nets from preventing this? I was told to restore my xbox 1 to factory default. Because it happen 2
    times already, I asked will all my games and saves be safe. I was told yes because it goes to a cloud storage. Now I download my minecraft and to my surprise, 1 world didn't make it. I spent at least 2 hours talking to another agent and nothing. I don't know
    if being a preview customer has anything to do with it. Anyone here can offer advice or knowledge? I would greatly appreciate it.

    Lost my Minecraft save.

    Went to transfer my world from my 360 to Xbox one. *** as [Mod Removed] its missing. I spent SOOOO much time on that world.

    Minecraft Xbox one lost world please help.

    Hello, my friend and I had a huge medieval world and when we went to play it earlier, the world was missing, we tried syncing old worlds and the only thing we got was a super old version of the world. Please help!!

    Thank you very much, I have asked probably 5 different people on help with Microsoft and no one has mentioned realms. Lovely. Every single one has said no, the cloud, one even went into a lovely un needed explication on what a cloud is.

    So unless I pay the $8 a month I lose access if I change computers?

    Brown, minecraft has no cloud save.

    For you to have this save, you need to have Realms on your account.

    With this subscription, you can upload your world to the cloud and then it will be available on all platforms

    Yes, friend, exactly.

    Realms gives you the ability to access your world on any platform, from PC, different consoles, and mobile =)

    I'd already tried that one-hadn't worked. I have, however, figured out how to fix it now; I had to paste the level.dat and level.dat_old files from a new world into the old one and it fixed it. I'll mark this as solved now, sorry about that
