Missing Warzone REQ Packs

Hello! I purchased the Warzone REQ Pack Bundle on December 14th and today was supposed to be my last day to receive my Requisition Packs and I received none. I just went through Xbox One support and they walked me through the steps with no positive end result.
I was told to post here and hope that my plea would be heard. I know I'm missing at least 2 and I'm pretty sure I didn't receive any for my first week of purchase either.

Halo 5 WARZONE REQ Packs

I have not gotten multiple of my warzone req packs I purchased the limited collectors edition for halo 5 which comes with a code for 14 warzone req pack. you get 2 of these packs every week I got 2 on launch day but did not get my 2 from last week or this
week. that 4 warzone req packs and ive also purchased 6 warzone req packs from my local gamestop and I only got the first 2 apon entering the codes I still have not received the other for apon putting their codes in so im out 8 warzone req packs these are
also 25$ a piece wen u buy them from gamestop please help

Halo 5 Promotional REQ pack installed, but not showing up in game

I preordered halo 5 deluxe edition (disk) and received a code giving me warzone req pack, promotional req pack, and the fall of reach animated series. all items downloaded but the promotional pack and warzone req pack (warzone not sure about) did not show
up in game. My friend was able to access the pack and I reallized that i was supposed to receive items inside these pack. thank you for any aid

I would try posting on the Halo Waypoint forums since they are in charge of this but do not expect an answer. Its still worth a try.

WARZONE REQ BUNDLE

The Warzone REQ Bundle provides players with 2 Premium REQ Packs a week for a total of 7 weeks. Premium REQ Packs provide players with the most number of REQs, with the best chance of acquiring Ultra-Rare, Legendary, and Mythic REQs. Players are guaranteed
at least three new permanent REQs in each Premium REQ Pack, if available.

The Warzone REQ Bundle is available in the following packages, on the Xbox Marketplace, or through token cards available at many retailers:

I can open REQ packs with Req point no problem. I'm also getting the packs I'm suppose to get when I complete commendations. I'm just haven't been getting the weekly REQ packs through the warzone REQ bundle.. They are suppose to show up in my "open packs"
thing along with my daily login bonus pack and they haven't been.

Hey there kjjPOL.

The Halo 5 Warzon Req Packs are only included with the Digital Deluxe edition of the game. If you purchased the base Halo 5 game you wouldn't receive extra Req Packs.
