Missing Warranty Returns Shipping Label

I would recommend to cancel the current one and then do a new request as being 2 at the same time, the last one it's the one that generates the shipping label and you have cancelled that one

When I check my Devices page, against the opened order, I see the following:

Does this mean that the Label hasn't been created yet and I should wait?

(Just to note that it states Order Cancelled as I accidentally create 2 orders for the same controller)

When you called in the 4 times to speak to customer support... Did they confirm to you the email address that the shipping label Is being sent in to you? It usually take no more than 48 hours to receive the shipping label. Are you 100% sure you're checking
the correct email mailbox for the shipping label?

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account and confirm to you where the email is being sent.
