Discus and support Missing visa code from redeeming gems on the vip vault in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I got 2 codes from Xbox rewards my vip vault for visa gift cards one for 5$ one for 10$ I got a email shortly after for the 5$ but never got the 10$...     Missing visa code from redeeming gems on the vip vault


    I got 2 codes from Xbox rewards my vip vault for visa gift cards one for 5$ one for 10$ I got a email shortly after for the 5$ but never got the 10$ one I contacted support and they said to post here they also gave me this code 1430114461

    My VIP reward never received

    Hi, I claimed a $5 visa gift card through the "my vip vault." I never received the visa code via email. I shows on my account that I redeemed the code.

    Nobody and I mean NOBODY from either Microsoft or xbox is able to help me or can even help me resolve this. 2+ hours of phone and text support. Anybody else having this issue? Some have been pleasant, but they have no clue as to the gem redemption program.

    where's my prepaid visa

    I used 500 vip gems Wednesday may 16 2018 for the 10 dollar prepaid visa it took my gems told me it would give me a code in about 2 days and then nothing so either give me my prepaid visa or return my gems..

    You'll need to post in the support section of this forum in order for them to check into it for you.

    Reference numbers are only used by phone/chat support so forum support will not have access to that information.

    have not received email with codes i bought with gems but it says redeemed on my xbox rewards page

    Hello GINNYtheHUSTLER,

    The "redeemed" on the Gems statement is just a record of you spending Gems to claim that item from the Vault. It does not track when you actually redeem the code from the redeem.microsoft.com site.

    It needs to be redeemed at http://prepaiddigitalsolutions.com

    I did this and all the options I had was for a digital or physical Visa card and neither of those have a 25 character code that can be redeemed on Xbox
    That is correct. What you would have redeemed from the vault is a prepaid Visa card, not an Xbox gift card.

    Yes and the instructions provided by Xbox state you can redeem for a visa card or redeem a 25 digit code on the Xbox Store and at no time is there an option for a 25 digit code. The instructions need to be change
