    missing VIP perks & credits


    I got an email stating I had a new VIP perk & I had 60 days before it expires, I go to my rewards page & it tells me I don't have any VIP perks. Also I still have over 100 thousand reward credits pending from the past few years that I am not receiving.

    Hello CotteyBoy,

    Purchases for an offer do not also go towards MyVIP, as stated in the FAQ:

    What type of Rewards can I earn?

    ...

    Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for your % back on purchases with your MyVIP
    Star Rank.

    Your only other purchase was a pre-order, which is not eligible for MyVIP.

    Missing VIP Credits

    During March i spent £100.72 in the Microsoft store on games for my xbox one x and i don't appear to have received any credits in my account for My VIP credits - i am currently on level 4 of my vip stars

    the vip perk has now shown up and been claimed the only problem now are these pending rewards credits

    it's odd now all of a sudden all my pending credits seem to have disappeared

    There was a deposit today so they were most likely deposited. Check your statement on the MyRewards section of the site and should show if they were. You can verify the deposit at
    Sign in to your Microsoft account and checking your returns.

    Credits should get deposited around the 15th and 30th. I know how to check if they have been deposited or not which is why I am complaining that I am not getting them. They never even got transferred into credits in order for them
    to get deposited as funds. They were all pending now they are all gone. It tells me I only have a lifetime credits of 17,100 which is the amount that was actually turned into microsoft funds. As you can tell by the pictures the amount should be much much higher
    than that.

    Hi riverzillest. Unfortunately, the Credits that were displayed were not ones that you earned and showed up on our members page for a short period of time. The issue has since been corrected and events that were not earned were removed. We've double checked
    your account and it is working properly. Apologies for the confusion.
