Discus and support missing VIP credits/pre order credits NOVEMBER! in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Hi , I havent got my 15,000 credits for preordering Watchdog 2.     Hello Daly 54,

    You received both VIP progress and Credit for these purchases with the exception of Battlefield 1, which was a pre-order, and therefore not eligible for VIP.

    Missing Credits Rewards

    Hi, I believe I am missing the credits rewards for my last 3 purchases on Xbox LIVE.

    On October 24th I purchased Resident Evil 7, on November 16th I purchased Star Wars Battlefront 2 in the Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition (which was already out at that date as opposed to the standard edition, so this was not a pre-order) and last friday, November
    24th I purchased Forza Motorsport 7.

    It seems like none of these purchases have earned me credits rewards corresponding to my VIP star rank 2, at least they didn't show up in my feed.

    The last time I did receive credits rewards was on September 30th, for a couple of game purchases.

    Can please someone look into that?

    VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still too early to see credits pending for November purchases.

    You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check on your Watchdog credits. Keep in mind that digital orders are not eligible for that offer.

    Xbox Live Rewards do not work!

    The 4% is a rebate, not a discount. VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too early to see credits pending for February purchases. It also takes about 96 hours for the program to recognize
    purchases so it would be too soon to see your star update. However, if it was the pre-order for Morrowind, pre-orders are not eligible for VIP.

    Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Just playing a lot will not earn you credits.

    No. Preorders are not eligible for VIP.

    I'm trying to understand why pre-orders are not eligible for vip. Is it because otherwise you would get rewarded twice, e.g. once for the vip star boost and once for the on demand pre-order punch card?

    The fact that it's not eligible for the star boost is a real downer for me. I would like to pre-order Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition in order to play the Halo Wars Definitive Edition straight away.
    It's not possible to get credit for a game twice anyway. So even if preorders were eligible for VIP, you would only get credit for one offer and not the other. It's essentially because it's just part of the terms and conditions. I do believe it actually
    has to do with the fact that it's now easier to cancel pre-orders. So anyone could preorder a game, get the credit, then call and cancel the preorder.

    Since none of those purchases were made through the Xbox store, but from a different storefront, they were not eligible for Rewards.
