Missing Vegas and Vegas 2 download codes

I ordered Rainbow six seige from microsoft store. It was supposed to come with two additional game code (vegas and vegas 2). I called Microsoft a few weeks ago to get it sorted out. Your representative told me to contact ubisoft. I did and they told me now
to contact you again. I really would like this issue to be resolve and not be sent back and forth with no solution.

X1 "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege" Digital Preorder - received wrong 2nd bonus content.

Hi,

I preordered Rainbow 6 Siege from Xbox Marketplace. I was sent the same code for both Rainbow 6 Vegas and Rainbow 6 Vegas 2. I was able to download Vegas one, but not Vegas 2. Please resend valid code for Vegas 2. I have reached out to Ubisoft who directed
me to Microsoft support who in turn directed me here. So please help me!

When did you purchase Rainbow Six Siege from the Microsoft Store? Was is digital or the physical version? The digital pre-order promotion ended last year, and is no longer available. If you purchased the physical version, the game codes would be located
inside assuming the version you received was specially marked to include those two games.

If you did not purchase the digital version, we recommend reaching out to
Microsoft Store Support specifically for clarification on if the version you purchased includes the older games. We are unable to assist with physical purchased through the Microsoft Store or promotions unless they were digital games purchased through the
Xbox Store.

It was a physical copy of the game from the mircosoft store that was specifically marked to include those two games. No game codes were inside despite game cover clearly marking it to have them

The promotion is supposed to give you redemption codes for both rainbow six Vegas and rainbow six Vegas 2 for Xbox 360. While I received two separate messages (one for each game) the codes were the same and actually only applied for rainbow six vegas; I
checked the store and it shows rainbow six vegas already purchased but not rainbow six vegas 2. So the message I received for rainbow six Vegas 2 is missing a valid redemption code. How do I resolve this? I contacted customer support and they provided me with
a link that directed me here.
