Missing Vegas and Vegas 2 codes

I pre ordered Rainbow Six Siege on December 2,2015 and it included Rainbow six vegas and Rainbow six vegas 2, but i never received the code's or from what I've been able to gather they were sent out via Xbox message which I've searched though my messages
and it's not there (apparently they delete after a few days?). I talked to xbox support and they directed me to this forum.

X1 "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege" Digital Preorder - received wrong 2nd bonus content.

The promotion is supposed to give you redemption codes for both rainbow six Vegas and rainbow six Vegas 2 for Xbox 360. While I received two separate messages (one for each game) the codes were the same and actually only applied for rainbow six vegas; I
checked the store and it shows rainbow six vegas already purchased but not rainbow six vegas 2. So the message I received for rainbow six Vegas 2 is missing a valid redemption code. How do I resolve this? I contacted customer support and they provided me with
a link that directed me here.

Hello,

I digitally preordered Rainbow Six Siege and today I received codes to redeem Vegas 1 and Vegas 2 for 360. I redeemed the first code fine but the code for Vegas 2 was the same key as Vegas 1 again.

I contacted support who directed me here to be able to get a valid code for Rainbow Six Vegas 2 for 360.
