Missing Vbucks

Im missing vbucks also. That i bought with my debt card. That came up missing on 5-18-2020. Anyone know why fortnite took our vbucks?

i got it but only the skin and vbucks, the pickaxe and glider are missing...

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have a question on V-Bucks. This happens when you purchase something. Then the charge is refunded for some reason. The only ones that can assist you is

We need to make sure that the V-bucks are successfully purchased under the account that your son is using, please follow the steps below:

"Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order History"

Once confirmed that it is redeemed under the correct account, for cases like this what we initially need to do is quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.
