Missing Vbucks in Fortnite on Xbox

Im missing vbucks also. That i bought with my debt card. That came up missing on 5-18-2020. Anyone know why fortnite took our vbucks?

No, I did not get my vbucks because my fortnite acc is not connected to my Xbox. My vbucks went to my xbox account but i don't have an xbox account with fortnite. I don't have a fortnite on my xbox.

From your description, I understand that you and your family redeemed a Fortnite Gift Card, but it was not found on your child's account. I understand your confusion and feelings about experiencing this issue.



In regards to the issue you are having, may I ask from what source did you purchase your V-buck card? Is the account you redeemed from the same account as your child's account?



If your gift card was purchased from the Microsoft Store and you can't find it, then please take a look at the purchase history and please contact Epic support, you can refer to the following link:

You can log in to https://account.microsoft.com/ with the account you purchased from and find the order history.
