    Missing Vbucks in Fortnite on Xbox


    I redeemed a Fortnite gift card on Epic games site. Used the code they provided and uploaded it to Microsoft to redeem on the Xbox. It read successfully redeemed but did not give the 1,000 vbucks to the account. Could you please tell me what happened and
    fix the issue?

    No, I did not get my vbucks because my fortnite acc is not connected to my Xbox. My vbucks went to my xbox account but i don't have an xbox account with fortnite. I don't have a fortnite on my xbox.

    From your description, I understand that you and your family redeemed a Fortnite Gift Card, but it was not found on your child's account. I understand your confusion and feelings about experiencing this issue.



    In regards to the issue you are having, may I ask from what source did you purchase your V-buck card? Is the account you redeemed from the same account as your child's account?



    If your gift card was purchased from the Microsoft Store and you can't find it, then please take a look at the purchase history and please contact Epic support, you can refer to the following link:
