    Missing Vandal Hearts BC Xbox 360 game


    I have downloaded the new to BC Vandal Hearts FoJ but it is stating that I do't own the game.

    I have checked the website and on the newer look it is asking me to buy.

    I have found it on the older look (marketplace) website and it states that I have purchased.

    I have had a look through my purchase history but this only goes back to July 2010 and I believe I bought this at release (on my profile) on 23rd Jan 2010.

    Again thanks. I am trying to download to my series X but it is not showing in my purchased games. It is also trying to get me to buy again on the current Xbox site.

    Ok.. Sorry I think it was a Xbox 360..

    First try this:

    Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select

    - Settings.

    - Select Network Settings.

    - Select Advanced Settings.

    - Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.

    - Select Clear.

    Allow the console to restart when prompted.

    If the issue persist please try to redefine your console:

    Note: You'll need your email and password in hands before start this process

    Choosing the option "Reset and keep my games & apps" it'll keep your apps, games and saves.

    Check if you can download the game after the procedure is complete.

    Based on the screenshot that you sent, it seems that the download queue on your Xbox is full...

    First check if there are any unfinished downloads in the download queue

    Clear the console cache:

    And try to download your game again.
