Missing V-Bucks

We need to make sure that the v-bucks is successfully redeemed under the account that you're using, please follow the steps below:

"Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order History"

Once confirmed that it is redeemed under the correct account, for cases like this what we initially need to do is quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, it sounds like you're trying to redeem some bonus content you got while purchased on a promotion.
As stated in the
promotion itself, your bonus V-Bucks code will arrive via the Xbox message center
within 2 weeks of purchase. Can you try checking your messages to make sure you haven't received the code? As well maybe try signing into the Xbox App on a PC to verify.
